Kelly is a quantitative researcher of human behavior, developing frameworks and insights around what drives our mindset, behaviors, and values like trust and compassion. She is the award-winning author of “Work Life Well-Lived,” a leadership consultant, and keynote speaker. She co-founded Motives Met to work with leaders and teams to translate the science of human motives into real, measurable impact for both people and performance.
Nakisha “Kisha” Hicks, MBA, is a keynote speaker, leadership development facilitator, and executive coach who spent more than two decades leading inside complex organizations, most recently as a VP of HR, before founding The ElevateHer and joining Motives Met as Chief People Strategist. She helps organizations turn capable managers into confident, high-impact leaders who communicate with authority, align their teams, and drive results.

The Experience at a Glance
This certification focuses on live, virtual, interactive cohort sessions where you’ll learn alongside other people leaders, bring your real challenges to the conversation, and expand your professional network with leaders who are equally committed to helping people thrive.
Most sessions are held live and recorded for flexibility if you are unable to attend. A select number of modules are completed on-demand at your own pace, and coaching sessions are scheduled separately based on your availability. The time commitment is appx. 2-4 hours per week.
To ensure a meaningful cohort experience, participants are expected to attend the first and final certification sessions live whenever possible.
